- My Goddaughter: Yeah, I call her mom and my mother mommy.
- My Goddaughter's Friend: Oh, you're adopted?
- My Goddaughter: Of course not. She's my Godddmom and the other one is my mom-mom.
- My Goddaughter's Friend: What's a Godmom?
- My Goddaughter: Well it's just someone who helps take care of you and buys you things... and if my mom dies.... or goes to jail, she'll have to keep me.
- My Goddaughter's Friend: Oh. That's cool!!
- My Cousin (Goddaughter's mom): (to my Goddaughter) You'd like that huh? Trying to kill me off?
- Me: (laughing) It seems you'd be more concerned with the fact that she thinks you're going to end up in jail.

I think this photo is so true. This is why I can’t create the way I want to. It never feels good enough. Or I’ll like something but the response wont be as great, so I’ll do things that others respond well too. That’s why I used to just do vexels of celebrities. I’ve pretty much gotten over that though. Now I just do whatever I want. Which is why I started doing the 100 themes challenge. I’m going to try to start back doing non-digital art though. I’ve already been trying some things. It’s funny though because I think I’m my biggest critic. I think my family, my mom specifically over-encourages me. If that’s possible? Sometimes she believes in me so much that it overwhelms me and I have that whole fear or failing complex. Weird huh?
